metodo di allenamento dove non ci si focalizza sui singoli muscoli per migliorarne l&#8217;aspetto, la tonicit\u00e0 o il volume, occupandosi quindi del loro aspetto estetico, ma\u00a0 ci si concentra sul movimento\u00a0 del corpo nel suo insieme, sullo scopo per cui \u00e8 pensato quel movimento, da cui il termine Funzionale.<\/p>\n<p>Il corpo umano pu\u00f2 compiere quattro generici gesti: spostarsi, spingere, tirare e sollevare; partendo da questi si sviluppano tutti i gesti tecnici di qualsiasi disciplina.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi tutti gli\u00a0esercizi del Training Funzionale\u00a0vengono studiati cercando di coinvolgere pi\u00f9 gruppi muscolari contemporaneamente evitando gli esercizi \u201cin isolamento\u201d, ovvero quelli dedicati ad un solo muscolo o a un ristretto gruppo di &#8220;funziona&#8221;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Struttura di una seduta di Functional Training.<\/p>\n<p>Si inizia ovviamente con una fase di riscaldamento dei muscoli e delle articolazioni seguita da esercizi di mobilit\u00e0 articolare, in particolare di anche e spalle.<\/p>\n<p>La fase centrale \u00e8 costituita di esercizi a corpo libero o con attrezzi. Gli esercizi del functional training non si occupano dei singoli muscoli, quindi non troverete esercizi\u00a0 separati come nel fitness, prima le gambe, poi il petto, poi le spalle, si allenano i quattro generici gesti: spostarsi, spingere, tirare e sollevare partendo dai movimenti pi\u00f9 grezzi arrivando a quelli sempre pi\u00f9 specifichi. L&#8217;attenzione non \u00e8 posta su gesti semplici (es. piegare un braccio) ma coinvolgendo contemporaneamente tutte le catene cinetiche.<\/p>\n<p>Di conseguenza i nostri attrezzi non sono\u00a0 le classiche macchine isometriche che trovare nelle palestre, il cui scopo \u00e8 isolare singoli muscoli, noi cerchiamo esattamente l&#8217;opposto, da noi troverete qualche kettlebell, sacchi, corde, box pliometrici\u00a0 e tutto ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 creare movimenti complessi.<\/p>\n<p>Al termine,\u00a0 defaticamento e stretching.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div \/>\n<p>La domanda non \u00e8 stupida, attivit\u00e0 differenti richiedono movimenti differenti, chi gioca a tennis ha movimenti\u00a0 completamente diversi da chi nuota.<\/p>\n<p>La nostra scuola si occupa di arte marziale, di combattimento nei suoi fari aspetti e a questa tematica la nostra preparazione funzionale si \u00e8 specializzata, possiamo quindi offrire le nostre conoscenza si, anche a chi vuole semplicemente vuole mettersi in forma, ma soprattutto a chi \u00e8 interessato a queste tematiche cui offrire un percorso di allenamento ad aggiungere al normale
